Iyengar Yoga and Tarot — clear guidance, steady practice, and practical insight.

Background

I was born in Israel and, at just one year old, began my first adventure across the globe with my family. After living in Massachusetts and Minnesota, we returned to Israel when I was twelve.

I never imagined I would move back to the U.S., but as fate would have it, at thirty, I followed my heart to San Francisco. I’ve been happily calling the Bay Area home ever since—and I absolutely LOVE it!

Practice

I've always been a dreamer and a lover of the Divine. My path has led me to many beautiful teachers and teachings and for that I am grateful.

TAROT
I discovered Tarot when I was 12 years old and was instantly intrigued. I purchased my first deck at 18 and have been learning and exploring Tarot ever since.

In 2008, I deepened my practice by studying for three years with master teacher Sagie Mendelboim in Tel Aviv, Israel. Since 2011, I’ve continued to grow my skills through ongoing study with Theresa Reed, also known as The Tarot Lady.

YOGA
Yoga came into my life in 2005, while I was in university studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science. I can’t say that yoga saved my life, but it definitely improved it—and changed it. From my very first class, I knew I had found my practice. I’ve been practicing ever since and began teaching in 2011.

Since 2019, I’ve been immersing myself in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, and my practice and teaching are now rooted in the Iyengar method.

ASTROLOGY
Astrology is a new path for me. I’ve always had a feeling that one day I would study it, and over the past year I finally dove in. I’m very much a novice—but we all start somewhere.

My current teachers include Theresa Reed, Chani Nicholas, and Adam Elenbaas. As I learn more, I’m especially interested in how astrology weaves naturally into yoga, intuition, and the seasons of daily life.
